This Cuvee or blend is Carnet Sauvignon
heavy with 62%, Merlot 21%, Syrah 9%,
and the rest a blend of Tannat, Cab Franc
and Kekfrankos. The nose is ripe berry and
cherry. The body is light with bright
acidity, while the tannins have softened
resulting in a great wine for medium to
heavy pork dishes and aged cheeses.
