Irsai Olivér Dry White Wine

A fresh and highly aromatic Hungarian white wine from the 2024 vintage, Irsai Olivér is known for its expressive, grape-forward style and easy-drinking character. Pale straw with greenish reflections, it immediately shows intense floral aromas of elderflower, grape blossom, and citrus peel, with hints of muscat-like perfume and ripe peach.

On the palate, it is light-bodied and crisp, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing structure. The signature "grapey" character of the variety is very present, supported by notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers. Some versions may show a slight natural spritz that enhances its freshness and youthful energy.
